Can Food Additives Make Me Fat?
Is There Any Sugar Good For Me?
Is there any sugar good for me to eat? Well, the answer is not a simple yes or no. Plainly speaking, sugar is sugar is sugar. Your body does not know the difference between regular sugar vs. sugar from any of the carbohydrates that you eat, nor even the sugar from the many sweetening products that are out on the market. So that’s why I say, sugar is sugar is sugar!
Its how you consume the sugar that makes the difference… as well as what kind of sugar, too. Now, just because a product says it has no sugar, does not mean the sweetener is actually good for you. There are so many different kinds of sugars and make believe sugars available, that you truly need to become aware of their many dangers. In a future post, I will address the different kinds of sweeteners and what you can expect from them from a health standpoint…
