Is Food a Comfort Thing for You?
Do You Have a Weight Loss Trouble Tree?
Do you allow all the troubles of your day to conflict with your efforts to lose weight? All too easily you run into a snag – perhaps something was said or done at work, or something has happened at home, or anywhere for that matter – and it gets you upset, so upset that all your good intentions of staying on your weight loss regime simply takes a nose dive. Has that ever happened to you?
Too many times little things get in the way of what we are attempting to accomplish. Now, I’m not saying not to be concerned about those little things, mainly because if they aren’t addressed, they very quickly turn into big things and much harder to take care of. But it is what you do after taking care of business that counts. So what DO you do when these unexpected and bothersome events strike?
What Is Rebounding?
Rebounding… Just what is Rebounding??? Am I rebounding from something? Well, in all actuality, you are! A rebounder is what many people call a mini-trampoline, so you are rebounding each time you touch back down onto the trampoline surface.
Besides being a lot of fun, rebounding is a great exercise too! Each time you jump up and land back down, you are moving your lymphatic system… which is a good thing. Now contrary to popular belief, it is not necessary to have a vigorous workout on the rebounder. You can still get the same benefits from never having your feet leave the trampoline surface…
