Do you constantly find that you make your weight loss efforts harder and more difficult than what they should be? Unfortunately, that syndrome is even more common than you might think.
In my hypnosis practice I have a sign visibly placed in every room in the office. It is a simple read, but it provokes a lot of thought. The sign has a picture of a colorful parachute and across the bottom it says: “Your Mind is Like a Parachute – It Only Works When it is Open“.
