It seems as if every time you turn around, there is another diet fad sweeping the country. Just how many of those diets have you experimented with and tried? Did you really find the one that works for you? How long were you able to stay on that diet? Were you able to keep the weight off? If you have, then I will gladly say “Great Job!” Very few times is anyone able to work with a “fad” diet and lose the weight and most importantly keep it off!

You might ask yourself this… How safe is this “so-called diet”. Am I eating proper meals every day? Are they balanced? Am I getting enough food? How do I feel… Am I nervous because of what I am eating… or NOT eating? There are so many questions that can and should be asked. Do your homework!
